Quadra Chek 200 Q-Axis
I recently had a quadra chek display a memory error. I replaced the battery in the back however I no longer have the q-axis for angle measurements (it had been working previously). I cant seem to find anywhere in the user manual that'll help me regain this connection. All hardwired connections from the encoders to the readout have not been changed or tampered with. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could try calling Steve at SJM Etronics at 603-512-3821. He specializes in Metronics/Quadra-Chek repairs and knows these as good as anyone.

HELP. how to use a Quadra-Chek II or III. ??
I just got an optical comparator with the Quadra-Chek III DRO with edge detection. I don't have an owners manual and I am just trying to get a basic understanding of how to use the different geometry functions on the DRO. Is there an online demo of what these buttons do such as angle, skew, etc.?

I have not been able to find any tutorials on their website. I have the same problem, the book to mine, as well as the test piece, went missing. Thick book, I dread seeing what it will cost to replace.

We recently purchased a Quadra-Chek 200 that came with the manuals. The same manuals can be found at metronics.com.
Select 'Support' from the buttons at the left, and then select 'Product Support'. On the page that follows select your model. Below the picture and description of your model you should see 'User Guides'.

Can your any of your products be purchased to work on my 60's vintage Nikon shadowgraph? I do not know the model number off the top of my head..away from the shop at the moment.

Does anybody have a piece that goes into the Vise which has 2 pieces of glass with thumbscrews.. you can put a flat piece of material squished between the 2 pieces of glass to take length measurements of it on the comparator.
I think Deltronics makes something like this?
